New version 5.5 enables flexible implementation of comprehensive email security policies and integration of company directories

With SafeGuard MailGateway 5.5., security administrators now have a flexible solution that allows granular policy management combined with robust email encryption capabilities. SafeGuard MailGateway complements Utimaco’s award-winning SafeGuard product suite which provides 360 degree data protection to protect data at rest, data in motion and data in use.

The newest version of SafeGuard MailGateway now provides companies with granular policy management with rich capabilities for defining their security rules for inbound and outbound email. SafeGuard MailGateway 5.5 also provides policy management support for directory services, such as Microsoft Active Directory, and enhances central policy-based integration of email encryption, decryption and re-encryption for better support of other company email workflow systems like email archiving, content scanning and anti-virus systems.
