Two questions for Thomas Brand:

Why did you decide to start training as an IT specialist for system integration?

Prior to my traineeship, I enjoyed helping friends solve problems with their PCs. After leaving school, I accidentally came across the relatively new qualified job as an IT specialist for system integration. The training appealed to me right away, even though I did not realize back then in what areas one can work with it.

What do you like most about your current assignment?

I like helping customers who have questions about our software and providing them with solutions. We see each query as a challenge. In addition, I find the future-oriented solutions offered by Utimaco very interesting. I plan to begin further training as a MCSA shortly so that I can continue my professional career internally via the specialist career facility.
