Craig Bumpus

Craig Bumpus manages the business operations of Utimaco in the Americas where he is responsible for expanding Utimaco’s market share in the data security market as well as building up Utimaco’s Americas team. Before joining Utimaco in 2004, Craig was working as director of operations for the SAN Division of Cisco Systems.

Prior to that, he held multiple managerial positions, e.g. vice president SME, within EMC Corporation in the area of business, sales and channel development. Craig first started out his career as sales representative for various companies.

Craig received a Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing and International Business from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, he earned an EMC MBA from EMC Leadership Forum.

He also authored a business guide book “Speed Counts” detailing how organizations can motivate their people to faster execute on their business objectives.
