Initial and further training

We offer training as systems integration specialists with the aim of taking on our trainees once training is complete.

The market Utimaco operates in is dynamic and highly interesting. Given that the technologies involved are in a permanent state of change, it goes without saying that we invest in further training our employees, and not only by awarding certification for Utimaco technologies and solutions learned internally, but also by sending our employees to top-quality individual external training courses. We define the training goals in our annual target agreements.
