General Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply for any business (sale, license, maintenance) with Utimaco Safeware AG. For your convenience a convenience translation of the German General Terms and Conditions was made by Utimaco, however, in case of doubt the German version shall take precedence. If you do business with a foreign subsidiary of Utimaco Safeware AG the general terms and conditions of the corresponding subsidiary apply.
