
Terms of participation and registration
The number of participants for seminars and training is limited. Registrations are accepted in order of entry. If there are less than 4 registrations, Utimaco Safeware AG (called Utimaco in the following) reserves the right to postpone the seminar/training until the next possible date. The price includes soft drinks at break, lunch and workshop documents.
Cancellation
If one member cancels within one week before start of the training, Utimaco charges 50% of the training fee. The paid amount will be allowed if a new registration is made within 6 months. No charges are made if a replacement is offered for the corresponding training. In case of non-appearance without cancellation, the full training free is charged.
Responsibility
The participant is responsible for the selection of the training. Utimaco may offer non-binding consultation. All training seminars are planned and carried out conscientiously. In general, only the latest available program versions are trained. Training documents or parts of them may neither be reproduced nor transferred to third parties without written consent of Utimaco. The participant is committed to accept the copyrights of all programs, as far as they were not created during the seminar, and to make no illegal copies of them. Fees become due on receipt of the invoice after the training took place. Workshop documents, if available, are included in the training fee. The participant accepts these terms of business by signing the registration from.
